All items in your order are inspected and deemed to be in new and good condition by our warehouse team before your order is shipped.

If you experience a package missing, damaged during shipment or an item that is defective, missing or incorrect, please Contact Us or call us (386) 253-8833 within 14 days of the purchase date so we can best serve you and provide you with return instructions.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.

How do I return an item?

All items must have a return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by customer service before being returned. To obtain your RMA please contact us or call our toll free customer care at (386) 253-8833 (Mon.-Fri. 9am to 5pm EST).

Once you obtained your RMA, you will receive an email with instructions how to return the item to us. To qualify for a refund the item should be returned in its original packing, in a salable condition and within 90 days of the date you placed your order.

To return an item, please use a carrier that offers tracking and insure your package for the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. Items returned without original packaging or in an unsalable condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the item price or may not be accepted for refund.

Unless an item is defected or broken on delivery, shipping fees will not be returned.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and refunded.
